In their next game, the Wolves face the River Road Wildcats (Amarillo, TX) in a 3A Region I District 1 game, on Friday, January 20. Dalhart will attempt to move on its 8-14 season record. The Wildcats enter the game with a 9-12 record after their 65-32 league win over Tulia (Tulia, TX).

With the defeat, Bushland moves to 6-6 on the year. The Falcons travel to Spearman (Spearman, TX) to face the Lynx in a 3A Region I District 1 game on Tuesday, January 24. The Lynx enter the game with a record of 12-7.
