The Dumas Demons basketball team (Dumas, TX), was routed 69-23 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Canyon Eagles (Canyon, TX)
The Eagles now sport a 16-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Perryton for a 4A Region I District 4 battle on Friday, January 20.
The Demons (18-8) will now prepare for their battle against West Plains (Amarillo, TX). The Wolves come into the 4A Region I District 4 battle with a 9-7 record. In their last battle, West Plains was routed by Pampa (Pampa, TX), 61-54, in a league battle.
