With the win, Chapin upgrades its record to 18-6 on the season. The Huskies travel to Andress (El Paso, TX) to play the Eagles in a 5A Region I District 1 bout on Friday, January 20. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 13-11. Andress won 61-43 in their recent league bout against Burges (El Paso, TX)

Next up, the Tigers play the Canutillo Eagles (Canutillo, TX) in a 5A Region I District 1 bout, on Friday, January 20. El Paso will attempt to upgrade on its 7-15 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 13-11 record after their 55-28 league win over Jefferson (El Paso, TX).
