The Pine Lake Prep Pride ran past the visiting Christ the King Crusaders basketball team by a final score of 60-52 in Tuesday's league game.

In their next game, the Pride face the Lincoln Charter Eagles (Denver, NC) in a 1A/2A Conference 39 game, on Friday, January 20. Pine Lake Prep will attempt to move on its 11-6 season record. The Eagles enter the game with a 13-11 record after their 80-54 league win over Bradford Prep (Charlotte, NC).

With the defeat, Christ the King moves to 7-8 on the year. The Crusaders host Mountain Island Charter (Mt. Holly, NC) to face the Raptor in a 1A/2A Conference 39 game on Friday, January 20.
