California High School Basketball - Classical Academy nudges Coastal Academy

In Tuesday's league outing, the Classical Academy Caimans (Escondido, CA) basketball squad edged the host Coastal Academy Stingrays (Oceanside, CA), by a count of 47-41.
The Caimans (8-9) will now prepare for their outing against Guajome Park Academy (Vista, CA). The Frogs go into the Ocean outing with a 5-11 record. In their last outing, Guajome Park Academy was tipped by Rock Academy (San Diego, CA), 68-54, in a league outing.
The Stingrays now hold a 4-8 record. They play next when they travel to San Diego Jewish Academy for a Ocean outing on Thursday, January 19. Coastal Academy will clash with a Lions squad coming off a 67-28 league win over Escondido Adventist Academy (Escondido, CA). The Lions record now stands at 8-7.
