The Coeur d'Alene Vikings basketball team scored 57 points and held the host Lewiston Bengals to 48 in the Vikings league triumph on Tuesday.
The Vikings now sport a 10-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Post Falls for a 5A/4A Inland Empire contest on Friday, January 20. Coeur d'Alene will battle a Trojans team coming off a 75-43 league loss to Lake City (Coeur d'Alene, ID). The Trojans record now stands at 2-11.
The Bengals (10-3) will now prepare for their contest against Lake City (Coeur d'Alene, ID). The Timberwolves enter the 5A/4A Inland Empire contest with a 12-0 record. In their last contest, Lake City ran past Post Falls (Post Falls, ID), 75-43, in a league contest.
