The Kennedy Catholic basketball team scored 71 points and held the visiting Commodore Perry Panthers to 24 in the league triumph on Tuesday.
The now sport a 6-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rocky Grove for a District 10 Region 1 contest on Friday, January 20. Kennedy Catholic will battle a Orioles team coming off a 61-49 non-league win over Youngsville (Youngsville, PA). The Orioles record now stands at 6-6.
The Panthers (2-12) will now prepare for their contest against Farrell (Farrell, PA). The Steelers enter the District 10 Region 1 contest with a 11-4 record. In their last contest, Farrell triumphed over Jamestown (Jamestown, PA), 70-46, in a league contest.
