With the victory, St. Paul's Prep upgrades its record to 6-7 on the campaign. The Lions host Victory Christian Academy (Decatur, TX) to play the Patriots in a TCAF District 2 bout on Thursday, January 19. The Patriots come into the bout with a record of 12-2. Victory Christian Academy won 89-33 in their recent league bout against Burton Adventist Academy (Arlington, TX)

Next up, the Lions play the Burton Adventist Academy Angels (Arlington, TX) in a TCAF District 2 bout, on Thursday, January 19. Cristo Rey Fort Worth will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Angels come into the bout with a 1-8 record after their 58-51 non-league win over UME Preparatory Academy (Dallas, TX).
