Crossroads Christian Colts (Henderson, NC) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Kerr-Vance Academy Spartans (Henderson, NC), 2-0 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Crossroads Christian upgrades its record to 17-6 on the season. The Colts host Lee Christian (Sanford, NC) to play the Falcons in a NCISAA Mid-Carolina bout on Friday, January 20. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 7-10. Lee Christian won 76-44 in their recent league bout against Cresset Christian Academy (Durham, NC)

Next up, the Spartans play the Halifax Academy Vikings (Roanoke Rapids, NC) in a NCISAA Carolina Independent bout, on Friday, January 20. Kerr-Vance Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 4-9 season record. The Vikings go into the bout with a 10-4 record after their 61-55 non-league loss to Ridgecroft (Ahoskie, NC).
