The Crosstown Explorers basketball team (Memphis, TN), was overwhelmed 104-36 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Mitchell Tigers (Memphis, TN)
The Tigers now possess a 4-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host Freedom Prep Academy for a 2A District 15 battle on Friday, January 20. Mitchell will confront a Eagles team coming off a 77-55 non-league loss to King Prep (Memphis, TN). The Eagles record now stands at 4-13.
The Explorers (4-4) will now prepare for their battle against Manassas (Memphis, TN). The Tigers come into the 2A District 15 battle with a 3-7 record. In their last battle, Manassas was overwhelmed by Bluff City (Memphis, TN), 95-78, in a non-league battle.
