With the victory, Mapleton upgrades its record to 4-7 on the campaign. The Sailors travel to Eddyville (Eddyville, OR) to play the Eagles in a 1A Mountain West bout on Thursday, January 19. The Eagles come into the bout with a record of 2-11. Eddyville lost 55-30 in their recent league bout against Triangle Lake (Blachly, OR)

Next up, the Cougars play the McKenzie Eagles (Finn Rock, OR) in a 1A Mountain West bout, on Thursday, January 19. Crow will attempt to upgrade on its 3-10 season record. The Eagles come into the bout with a 0-15 record after their 53-24 league loss to Siletz Valley (Siletz, OR).
