Dryden Cardinals (Dryden, MI) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting North Huron Warriors (Kinde, MI), 66-18 in a league bout.

With the victory, Dryden upgrades its record to 4-5 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to Memphis (Memphis, MI) to play the Yellowjackets in a non-league bout on Wednesday, January 18. The Yellowjackets come into the bout with a record of 2-7. Memphis lost 45-35 in their recent league bout against Marlette (Marlette, MI)

Next up, the Warriors play the Mayville Wildcats (Mayville, MI) in a North Central Thumb bout, on Friday, January 20. North Huron will attempt to upgrade on its 2-7 season record. The Wildcats come into the bout with a 5-5 record after their 65-16 league loss to Kingston (Kingston, MI).
