With the victory, Fayetteville improves its record to 11-8 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Southside (Fort Smith, AR) to confront the Mavericks in a 6A West challenge on Friday, January 20. The Mavericks come into the challenge with a record of 1-5. Southside lost 68-42 in their recent league challenge against Northside (Fort Smith, AR)

Next up, the War Eagles confront the Rogers Mountaineers (Rogers, AR) in a 6A West challenge, on Saturday, January 21. Rogers Heritage will attempt to improve on its 3-9 season record.
