Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Ferndale ripped by Windber

The Windber Ramblers basketball team scored 55 points and held the host Ferndale Yellow Jackets to 23 in the Ramblers league triumph on Tuesday.

The Ramblers now sport a 12-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Conemaugh Valley for a Western Pennsylvania - Northern contest on Monday, January 23. Windber will meet a Blue Jays team coming off a 71-44 non-league win over Turkeyfoot Valley Area (Confluence, PA). The Blue Jays record now stands at 9-5.

The Yellow Jackets (3-10) will now prepare for their contest against Rockwood (Rockwood, PA). The Rockets enter the non-league contest with a 5-5 record. In their last contest, Rockwood was routed by Berlin Brothersvalley (Berlin, PA), 84-64, in a league contest.
