With the victory, James Clemens upgrades its record to 11-7 on the campaign. The Jets travel to Austin (Decatur, AL) to play the Black Bears in a 7A Area 8 bout on Friday, January 20. The Black Bears come into the bout with a record of 13-8. Austin won 49-39 in their recent league bout against Bob Jones (Madison, AL)

Next up, the Falcons play the Bob Jones Patriots (Madison, AL) in a 7A Area 8 bout, on Friday, January 20. Florence will attempt to upgrade on its 8-8 season record. The Patriots come into the bout with a 11-8 record after their 49-39 league loss to Austin (Decatur, AL).
