New Jersey High School Basketball - New Providence knocked off by Governor Livingston

The Governor Livingston Highlanders basketball team scored 56 points and held the visiting New Providence Pioneers to 48 in the Highlanders non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Highlanders now sport a 4-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Abraham Clark for a Union County contest on Thursday, January 19.
The Pioneers (8-5) will now prepare for their contest against Summit (Summit, NJ). The Hilltoppers enter the non-league contest with a 9-4 record. In their last contest, Summit ran past Oratory Prep (Summit, NJ), 49-48, in a non-league contest.
