The Loudon Redskins (Loudon, TN) basketball nipped the host Greenback Cherokees (Greenback, TN), 64-57 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Redskins (8-11) will now prepare for their test against Sweetwater (Sweetwater, TN). The Wildcats go into the 2A District 3 test with a 8-6 record. In their last test, Sweetwater was tipped by Chattanooga School for the Arts & Sciences (Chattanooga, TN), 48-43, in a non-league test.
The Cherokees now own a 9-10 record. They play next when they host Harriman for a 1A District 4 test on Friday, January 20. Greenback will encounter a Blue Devils squad coming off a 86-36 non-league loss to Roane County (Kingston, TN). The Blue Devils record now stands at 6-15.
