The Seminole Indians (Seminole, TX) basketball nipped the host Greenwood Rangers (Midland, TX), 37-36 in Tuesday's league test.
The Indians (17-7) will now prepare for their test against Monahans (Monahans, TX). The Loboes go into the 4A Region I District 3 test with a 19-8 record. In their last test, Monahans got by Fort Stockton (Fort Stockton, TX), 59-43, in a league test.
The Rangers now own a 17-8 record. They play next when they travel to Pecos for a 4A Region I District 3 test on Friday, January 20. Greenwood will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 52-36 league loss to Andrews (Andrews, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 7-16.
