The Grundy Golden Wave (Grundy, VA) basketball crushed the visiting Twin Valley Panthers (Pilgrims Knob, VA), 67-22 in Tuesday's league test.
The Golden Wave (6-6) will now prepare for their test against J.I. Burton (Norton, VA). The Black Raiders go into the non-league test with a 5-3 record. In their last test, J.I. Burton was trounced by Twin Springs (Nickelsville, VA), 52-36, in a league test.
The Panthers now own a 0-12 record. They play next when they host East Ridge for a non-league test on Friday, January 20.
