In Tuesday's league outing, the Lake County Falcons (Tiptonville, TN) basketball squad felled the host Halls Tigers (Halls, TN), by a margin of 56-37.
The Falcons (5-5) will now prepare for their outing against Humboldt (Humboldt, TN). The Vikings go into the 1A District 14 outing with a 8-8 record. In their last outing, Humboldt was beaten by Peabody (Trenton, TN), 63-59, in a non-league outing.
The Tigers now own a 3-12 record. They play next when they travel to Jackson Central Merry for a 1A District 14 outing on Friday, January 20. Halls will clash with a Cougars squad coming off a 53-22 league loss to Middleton (Middleton, TN). The Cougars record now stands at 0-7.
