The James Madison Warhawks basketball team scored 73 points and restricted the visiting Oakton Cougars to 61 in the Warhawks league victory on Tuesday.
The Warhawks now sport a 10-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host South Lakes for a District 1 contest on Friday, January 20. James Madison will battle a Seahawks team coming off a 79-45 league win over Westfield (Chantilly, VA). The Seahawks record now stands at 12-3.
The Cougars (1-11) will now prepare for their contest against Centreville (Clifton, VA). The Wildcats come into the District 1 contest with a 3-9 record.
