Northeast Raiders (Macon, GA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Jordan Red Jackets (Columbus, GA), 69-57 in a league bout.

With the victory, Northeast upgrades its record to 4-10 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Rutland (Macon, GA) to play the Hurricanes in a AA Region 2 bout on Friday, January 20. The Hurricanes come into the bout with a record of 7-7. Rutland won 60-53 in their recent league bout against Kendrick (Columbus, GA)

Next up, the Red Jackets play the Kendrick Cherokees (Columbus, GA) in a AA Region 2 bout, on Friday, January 20. Jordan will attempt to upgrade on its 3-12 season record. The Cherokees come into the bout with a 6-10 record after their 60-53 league loss to Rutland (Macon, GA).
