The Rancho Christian Eagles (Temecula, CA) basketball nipped the host JW North Huskies (Riverside, CA), 51-49 in Tuesday's league test.
The Eagles (13-7) will now prepare for their test against Fairmont Prep (Anaheim, CA). The Huskies go into the non-league test with a 16-5 record. In their last test, Fairmont Prep got by San Gabriel Academy (San Gabriel, CA), 53-50, in a league test.
The Huskies now own a 12-11 record. They play next when they host Rancho Verde for a Ivy test on Thursday, January 19. JW North will encounter a Mustangs squad coming off a 64-58 league loss to Poly (Riverside, CA). The Mustangs record now stands at 12-10.
