Kenmore East Bulldogs (Tonawanda, NY) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Kenmore West Blue Devils (Buffalo, NY), 52-49 in a league bout.

With the win, Kenmore East upgrades its record to 1-10 on the season. The Bulldogs host North Tonawanda (North Tonawanda, NY) to play the Lumberjacks in a Section 6 Niagara - Frontier bout on Thursday, January 19. The Lumberjacks go into the bout with a record of 8-4. North Tonawanda won 52-42 in their recent league bout against Charter School for Applied Tech (Buffalo, NY)

Next up, the Blue Devils play the Lewiston-Porter Lancers (Youngstown, NY) in a Section 6 Niagara - Frontier bout, on Friday, January 20. Kenmore West will attempt to upgrade on its 3-8 season record. The Lancers go into the bout with a 10-2 record after their 62-59 league win over Lockport (Lockport, NY).
