Washington High School Basketball - North River knocked off by Lake Quinault

The Lake Quinault Elks basketball team scored 56 points and held the visiting North River Mustangs to 41 in the Elks league triumph on Tuesday.
The Elks now sport a 4-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Oakville for a 1B Coastal contest on Friday, January 20. Lake Quinault will battle a Acorns team coming off a 54-26 league win over Wishkah Valley (Aberdeen, WA). The Acorns record now stands at 13-3.
The Mustangs (6-5) will now prepare for their contest against Mary M. Knight (Elma, WA). The Owls enter the 1B Coastal contest with a 0-10 record. In their last contest, Mary M. Knight was defeated by Taholah (Taholah, WA), 69-13, in a league contest.
