The Lower Cape May Tigers basketball team scored 82 points and restricted the visiting Oakcrest Falcons to 47 in the Tigers league victory on Tuesday.
The Tigers now sport a 11-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Vineland for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 19. Lower Cape May will battle a Fighting Clan team coming off a 57-48 non-league loss to Cedar Creek (Egg Harbor City, NJ). The Fighting Clan record now stands at 0-8.
The Falcons (3-9) will now prepare for their contest against Buena (Buena, NJ). The Chiefs come into the non-league contest with a 3-10 record. In their last contest, Buena was routed by Mainland Regional (Linwood, NJ), 59-17, in a non-league contest.
