The Lyndon Tigers basketball team scored 79 points and held the visiting Northern Heights Wildcats to 40 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Tigers now sport a 10-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mission Valley for a non-league contest on Friday, January 20. Lyndon will battle a Vikings team coming off a 58-54 non-league win over West Franklin (Pomona, KS). The Vikings record now stands at 5-5.

The Wildcats (0-11) will now prepare for their contest against West Franklin (Pomona, KS). The Falcons enter the non-league contest with a 5-6 record. In their last contest, West Franklin was routed by Mission Valley (Eskridge, KS), 58-54, in a non-league contest.
