The Madison Trojans (Dallas, TX) basketball crushed the visiting Newman International Academy Warriors (Cedar Hill, TX), 84-42 in Tuesday's league test.

The Trojans (12-13) will now prepare for their test against A Plus Academy (Dallas, TX). The Knights go into the 3A Region II District 9 test with a 1-8 record. In their last test, A Plus Academy was trounced by Trinity Leadership (Cedar Hill, TX), 90-4, in a league test.

The Warriors now own a 5-9 record. They play next when they host Life Oak Cliff for a 3A Region II District 9 test on Friday, January 20. Newman International Academy will encounter a Lions squad coming off a 73-32 league win over Village Tech (Duncanville, TX). The Lions record now stands at 17-9.
