Mississippi High School Basketball - Magee crushes Raleigh

Magee Trojans (Magee, MS) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Raleigh Lions (Raleigh, MS), 64-13 in a league bout.
With the win, Magee upgrades its record to 9-5 on the season. The Trojans travel to Crystal Springs (Crystal Springs, MS) to play the Tigers in a 3A Region 6 bout on Friday, January 20. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 5-6.
Next up, the Lions play the Seminary Bulldogs (Seminary, MS) in a 3A Region 6 bout, on Saturday, January 21. Raleigh will attempt to upgrade on its 0-10 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 1-9 record after their 58-14 league loss to St. Andrew's Episcopal (Ridgeland, MS).
