The Sanderson Eagles (Sanderson, TX) basketball nipped the host Marathon Mustangs (Marathon, TX), 1-0 in Tuesday's league test.
The Eagles (11-6) will now prepare for their test against Grandfalls-Royalty (Grandfalls, TX). The Cowboys go into the 1A Region II District 10 test with a 1-13 record.
