In Tuesday's league outing, the Marshall Redhawks (Marshall, MI) basketball squad edged the visiting Northwest Mounties (Jackson, MI), by a margin of 53-52.
The Redhawks (6-4) will now prepare for their outing against Hastings (Hastings, MI). The Saxons go into the Interstate Eight outing with a 5-5 record. In their last outing, Hastings held off Pennfield (Battle Creek, MI), 67-45, in a league outing.
The Mounties now own a 6-4 record. They play next when they travel to Pennfield for a Interstate Eight outing on Friday, January 20. Northwest will clash with a Panthers squad coming off a 67-45 league loss to Hastings (Hastings, MI). The Panthers record now stands at 4-5.
