The Maurepas Wolves basketball team scored 39 points and held the host Mt. Hermon Yellowjackets to 31 in the Wolves league triumph on Tuesday.
The Wolves now sport a 4-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ascension Christian for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 19. Maurepas will meet a team coming off a 64-41 non-league loss to St. Amant (St. Amant, LA). The record now stands at 9-8.
The Yellowjackets (1-4) will now prepare for their contest against Christ Episcopal School (Covington, LA). The Wildcats enter the B District 7 contest with a 0-10 record.
