The Mountain View Bears (Lawrenceville, GA) basketball felled the visiting Mill Creek Hawks (Hoschton, GA), 65-51 in Tuesday's league test.
The Bears (11-6) will now prepare for their test against Central Gwinnett (Lawrenceville, GA). The Black Knights go into the AAAAAAA Region 8 test with a 5-13 record. In their last test, Central Gwinnett thwarted Discovery (Lawrenceville, GA), 52-51, in a non-league test.
The Hawks now own a 11-7 record. They play next when they travel to Collins Hill for a AAAAAAA Region 8 test on Friday, January 20. Mill Creek will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 55-51 league win over Buford (Buford, GA). The Eagles record now stands at 11-7.
