Virginia High School Basketball - Riverbend can't hold off Mountain View

The Mountain View Wildcats basketball team scored 63 points and restricted the host Riverbend Bears to 56 in the Wildcats league victory on Tuesday.
The Wildcats now sport a 7-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host King George for a non-league contest on Wednesday, January 18. Mountain View will battle a Foxes team coming off a 38-29 league win over Courtland (Spotsylvania, VA). The Foxes record now stands at 10-3.
The Bears (5-9) will now prepare for their contest against Charles J. Colgan (Manassas, VA). The Sharks come into the non-league contest with a 8-4 record. In their last contest, Charles J. Colgan edged Hylton (Woodbridge, VA), 65-44, in a league contest.
