In Tuesday's league outing, the Polytechnic Parrots (Fort Worth, TX) basketball squad beat the host North Side Steers (Fort Worth, TX), by a margin of 43-23.

The Parrots (4-14) will now prepare for their outing against South Hills (Fort Worth, TX). The Scorpions go into the 5A Region I District 6 outing with a 4-19 record. In their last outing, South Hills was beaten by Arlington Heights (Fort Worth, TX), 67-27, in a league outing.

The Steers now own a 4-16 record. They play next when they travel to Trimble Tech for a 5A Region I District 6 outing on Friday, January 20. North Side will clash with a Bulldogs squad coming off a 100-28 league loss to Wyatt (Fort Worth, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-17.
