In Tuesday's league outing, the Red River Roughriders (Grand Forks, ND) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting West Fargo Packers (West Fargo, ND), by a count of 87-65.
The Roughriders (6-4) will now prepare for their outing against Fargo South (Fargo, ND). The Bruins go into the A East outing with a 5-4 record. In their last outing, Fargo South smashed Wahpeton (Wahpeton, ND), 77-64, in a league outing.
The Packers now hold a 4-4 record. They play next when they travel to Grand Forks Central for a A East outing on Friday, January 20. West Fargo will clash with a Knights squad coming off a 68-55 league win over Valley City (Valley City, ND). The Knights record now stands at 7-4.
