Winslow Township Eagles (Atco, NJ) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Seneca Golden Eagles (Tabernacle, NJ), 62-51 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Winslow Township upgrades its record to 3-5 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Cherry Hill West (Cherry Hill, NJ) to play the Lions in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 19. The Lions come into the bout with a record of 6-8. Cherry Hill West won 87-37 in their recent non-league bout against Camden County Vo-Tech (Sicklerville, NJ)

Next up, the Golden Eagles play the Shawnee Renegades (Medford, NJ) in a Olympic - Patriot bout, on Thursday, January 19. Seneca will attempt to upgrade on its 4-8 season record. The Renegades come into the bout with a 3-8 record after their 61-49 non-league loss to Moorestown (Moorestown, NJ).
