In Tuesday's league challenge, the visiting Westside Christian Eagles basketball squad scored a nice 69-55 victory over the Valley Catholic Valiants.

With the victory, Westside Christian improves its record to 15-2 on the campaign. The Eagles host Horizon Christian (Tualatin, OR) to confront the Hawks in a 3A Lewis & Clark challenge on Friday, January 20. The Hawks come into the challenge with a record of 5-11. Horizon Christian won 47-44 in their recent league challenge against Catlin Gabel (Portland, OR)

Next up, the Valiants confront the Portland Adventist Academy Cougars (Portland, OR) in a 3A Lewis & Clark challenge, on Thursday, January 19. Valley Catholic will attempt to improve on its 8-8 season record. The Cougars come into the challenge with a 7-7 record after their 88-36 league loss to Westside Christian (Lake Oswego, OR).
