Bishop Manogue Miners (Reno, NV) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Carson Senators (Carson City, NV), 56-33 in a league bout.

With the victory, Bishop Manogue upgrades its record to 13-3 on the campaign. The Miners host McQueen (Reno, NV) to play the Lancers in a bout on Thursday, January 19. The Lancers come into the bout with a record of 0-10. McQueen lost 56-23 in their recent league bout against Damonte Ranch (Reno, NV)

Next up, the Senators play the Spanish Springs Cougars (Sparks, NV) in a bout, on Thursday, January 19. Carson will attempt to upgrade on its 4-10 season record. The Cougars go into the test with a 15-3 record after their 47-23 league win over Galena (Reno, NV).
