The Albany Leadership basketball team scored 36 points and restricted the visiting Cairo-Durham Mustangs to 30 in the league victory on Tuesday.

The now sport a 1-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Watervliet for a Section 2 Patroon contest on Friday, January 20. Albany Leadership will battle a Cannoneers team coming off a 47-33 league win over Taconic Hills (Craryville, NY). The Cannoneers record now stands at 7-5.

The Mustangs (1-8) will now prepare for their contest against Webutuck (Amenia, NY). The Warriors come into the non-league contest with a 3-7 record. In their last contest, Webutuck was nudged by Spackenkill (Poughkeepsie, NY), 40-19, in a non-league contest.
