The Algonac Muskrats basketball team (Algonac, MI), was routed 47-19 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Imlay City Spartans (Imlay City, MI)
The Spartans now sport a 11-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Branch for a Blue Water Area battle on Friday, January 20. Imlay City will battle a Broncos team coming off a 36-11 league win over Croswell-Lexington (Croswell, MI). The Broncos record now stands at 10-1.
The Muskrats (2-6) will now prepare for their battle against Almont (Almont, MI). The Raiders come into the Blue Water Area battle with a 5-7 record. In their last battle, Almont was routed by Yale (Yale, MI), 38-32, in a league battle.
