The Animo Robinson Monarchs basketball team scored 38 points and held the host Neuwirth Leadership Academy Boxers to 20 in the Monarchs league triumph on Tuesday.

The Monarchs now sport a 8-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host New Designs University Park for a Metro contest on Thursday, January 19. Animo Robinson will battle a Cardinals team coming off a 34-14 league win over Gertz-Ressler (Los Angeles, CA). The Cardinals record now stands at 4-4.

The Boxers (5-8) will now prepare for their contest against USC Hybrid (Los Angeles, CA). The Trojans enter the Metro contest with a 2-3 record. In their last contest, USC Hybrid was defeated by Animo Robinson (Los Angeles, CA), 18-15, in a league contest.
