The Atlantic Trojans (Atlantic, IA) basketball smashed the visiting Red Oak Tigers (Red Oak, IA), 46-19 in Tuesday's league contest.
The Trojans now sport a 9-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Albert for a Hawkeye Ten contest on Thursday, January 19. Atlantic will battle a Falcons team coming off a 52-34 non-league win over AHSTW (Avoca, IA). The Falcons record now stands at 12-0.
The Tigers (0-14) will now prepare for their contest against Glenwood (Glenwood, IA). The Rams enter the Hawkeye Ten contest with a 8-5 record. In their last contest, Glenwood triumphed over Maryville (Maryville, MO), 53-48, in a non-league contest.
