North Carolina High School Basketball - Jordan-Matthews ripped by Bartlett Yancey

The Bartlett Yancey Buccaneers basketball team scored 64 points and held the host Jordan-Matthews Jets to 17 in the Buccaneers league triumph on Tuesday.

The Buccaneers (9-3) will now prepare for their outing against River Mill (Graham, NC). The Jaguars go into the non-league outing with a 0-13 record. In their last outing, River Mill was trounced by Southern Wake Academy (Holly Springs, NC), 29-28, in a league outing.

The Jets now own a 0-13 record. They play next when they travel to Chatham Central for a 1A/2A Conference 14 outing on Thursday, January 19. Jordan-Matthews will clash with a Bears squad coming off a 53-26 league win over North Moore (Robbins, NC). The Bears record now stands at 9-5.
