The Berlin Mountaineers basketball team (Berlin, NH), was overwhelmed 44-23 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Prospect Mountain Timberwolves (Alton, NH)
The Timberwolves now possess a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host White Mountains for a Division III battle on Thursday, January 19.
The Mountaineers (2-6) will now prepare for their battle against Kennett (Conway, NH). The Eagles come into the non-league battle with a 7-0 record. In their last battle, Kennett trounced Merrimack Valley (Penacook, NH), 38-26, in a league battle.
