In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Northeast Rebels (Goose Lake, IA) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Cascade Cougars (Cascade, IA), by a margin of 53-31.
The Rebels (7-6) will now prepare for their outing against Beckman (Dyersville, IA). The Trailblazers go into the non-league outing with a 7-6 record.
The Cougars now own a 10-2 record. They play next when they travel to Maquoketa for a non-league outing on Friday, January 20. Cascade will clash with a Cardinals squad coming off a 71-68 non-league loss to Central Clinton (DeWitt, IA). The Cardinals record now stands at 8-6.
