Litchfield Dragons (Litchfield, MN) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Dassel-Cokato Chargers (Cokato, MN), 66-47 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Litchfield upgrades its record to 7-5 on the season. The Dragons travel to Glencoe-Silver Lake (Glencoe, MN) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Friday, January 20. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 10-4. Glencoe-Silver Lake lost 68-1 in their recent league bout against Watertown-Mayer (Watertown, MN)

Next up, the Chargers play the New London-Spicer Wildcats (New London, MN) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 19. Dassel-Cokato will attempt to upgrade on its 3-8 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 12-0 record after their 76-37 non-league win over Annandale (Annandale, MN).
