Idaho High School Basketball - Nezperce topped by Deary

The Deary Mustangs basketball team scored 51 points and restricted the visiting Nezperce Nighthawks to 38 in the Mustangs league victory on Tuesday.
The Mustangs now sport a 10-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Highland for a Freelance contest on Thursday, January 19. Deary will battle a Huskies team coming off a 50-20 non-league loss to Council (Council, ID). The Huskies record now stands at 1-10.
The Nighthawks (7-6) will now prepare for their contest against Kendrick (Kendrick, ID). The Tigers come into the 1A II White Pine contest with a 11-3 record. In their last contest, Kendrick prevailed over St. John Bosco Academy (Cottonwood, ID), 62-18, in a non-league contest.
