The Denver Cyclones basketball team (Denver, IA), was overwhelmed 54-18 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Dike-New Hartford Wolverines (Dike, IA)
The Wolverines now possess a 13-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Jesup for a North Iowa Cedar - East battle on Friday, January 20. Dike-New Hartford will battle a J-Hawks team coming off a 63-54 league loss to Sumner-Fredericksburg (Sumner, IA). The J-Hawks record now stands at 6-7.
The Cyclones (5-8) will now prepare for their battle against Aplington-Parkersburg (Parkersburg, IA). The Falcons come into the North Iowa Cedar - East battle with a 11-2 record.
