With the victory, Edison improves its record to 12-11 on the campaign. The Chargers host Los Alamitos (Los Alamitos, CA) to confront the Griffins in a Surf challenge on Thursday, January 19. The Griffins come into the challenge with a record of 14-9. Los Alamitos lost 41-35 in their recent league challenge against Corona del Mar (Newport Beach, CA)

Next up, the Breakers confront the Fountain Valley Barons (Fountain Valley, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 23. Laguna Beach will attempt to improve on its 18-5 season record. The Barons come into the challenge with a 10-14 record after their 47-39 non-league win over Marina (Huntington Beach, CA).
